Maybe a really dumb meat safety question

If in doubt… Throw it out! That’s my food safety method.

In this case… into the Garbage.

One of the great tracks of the era. Awesome guitar from Dann Huff (awesome session guitarist, guitarist/singer for Giant, one of my three favourite bands ever).

Man, now I have to go play it.

Much as I don’t watch movies, the flight sequences in that movie were AWESOME. Not hurt by the fact that I love the F-15.

Hopefully the sequel has a decent soundtrack.

Doesn’t kill, make strong (something something)

The Blake Shelton new(er) Footloose version was a cracker, so maybe.

Seems unlikely though…

Lot of great bands and musicians on the TG soundtrack. I know all the songs by heart because my sister played them over and over for months. She was so obsessed by that movie that it led her to enlisting in the Air Force years later. I figured she would be flying F-15s but she ended up being a medical technician. Go figure.

My grand parents kept meat without a fridge - but they knew how to do it. You have to add tons of salt (a no no in today’s society). And they kept it in the basement … And it was not in a hot climate to begin with …

This is not the same as just leaving it on the counter.
