Here’s something I’ve never heard of. Yeah, I’m sure there are tons of fruits and vegetables out there still I don’t know exist.
Mangosteen
meh. it’s a fruit like any other. There was a huge mangosteen pyramid scheme years ago; selling bottles of the juice for ridiculous prices.
Just as many carbs as any other fruit, unfortunately. All the benefits they list could be accomplished in a bajillion other ways. I would like to see how they might suggest incorporating it with a keto diet. I mean, if you’re already eating a SAD and toss in some mangosteen, sure, it could be better for you than a donut, but that’s about all that could be said for it.

The inside flesh of it looks disturbingly human. The benefits of it sound great… except for one thing: 39 carbs per cup.
I love mangosteen! Haven’t had it in years, would happily exit keto for it once and a while.
