Need help to not loose anymore weight. I’ve lost 40 pounds now at my goal. Need help!!!

I don’t don’t want to reduce body fat any further. In normal times I eat 300 calories more per day, six days a week, than needed for maintenance then I don’t eat anything one day a week (1800 calorie deficit) so everything zero’s out. If I need to reduce body fat I eat maintenance calories 6 days a week then nothing one day for an 1800 calories deficit for that week. It’s easier to get rid of a little extra than a lot extra.
As long as you are eating fat to satiety, your calorie level will set itself to meet your body’s needs. You are not likely to lose fat beyond the point of health. A ketogenic diet is a weight-normalization diet, not a weight-loss diet.
Do we know anybody on here that feels they’ve lost too much weight? I am being serious… I am not sure I have seen anyone.
But maybe there has been one or 2 who are quieter on the forums? Anybody out there who are concerned they have lost too much?
It is not a problem most of us have… I am on a bit of a rebound, but I am not concerned as the rebound is incredibly slow and totally under control, and I am frankly pigging out on great keto food! In the old days I would pig out and gain 10kg in 3 weeks. But I am deliberately pigging out a bit to boost my BMR.
