Magnesium Oil Spray Recommendations

Does anyone have a magnesium oil spray that they use and would recommend? There are so many listed on Amazon I was hoping someone had tried one that they recommend. Thank you!

I bought a 64 oz bottle of Swanson ultra liquid dr Barbara hendel’s magnesium chloride brine (ancient Zechstein Sea sourced they claim) from Swanson, and then bought a blue glass spray bottle from Amazon…its economical and goes a long way for me.

I use Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Oil - I purchased the 8oz size to give it a try, and I’m happy with it. I like the idea of a more economical bulk purchase, though. @Rookie, do you know whether diminishing potency is any concern with a larger container like the 64oz size you mentioned? I’m hoping it’s not, because I’d like to purchase such a quantity soon when it’s time to get more!

I do not know if age affects potency…it still seems to work for me and I have been on the same half gallon this last year. :slight_smile:

How often to you use the spray? I’m still trying to figure out how effective this type of therapy is.

When I began “using” :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:, I sprayed my legs and feet every evening and let them dry hanging over the edge of tub while I read a book (approximately 30 minutes), then I washed the white powdery residue off. I also took 2 jigsaw magnesium pills every am and pm cuz I was so deficient. All my muscles and joints were so achy…I had to do something. I had physical therapy for extreme hip pain that was totally ineffective. But the magnesium spray did wonders, gradually diminishing my aches after about 3-4 weeks I think. I now have no muscle aches, no hip or shoulder pain…I can walk for miles with my dogs and think I can outlast them some days. It’s been over a year, and I still take the supplements but only use the spray a couple times a month. I think my deficiency is over!!!

I made my own magahol and it worked much better than any I had bought in the past. I made one with Everclear.
