Macros doubt

Hi,
I have seen your vedio on ketosis
Here is my diet please let me know if I need to make any changes

Egg large full- 2
Tofu-100g
Mushroom-200g
Spinach-100g
Zuchinni-100g
Mozerella cheese-2oz
Eggplant-50g
Avacardo-100g
Coconut/olive oil-30to 40g

I weigh around.212 lb
I just started keto

I am planning to workout too … can you suggest me what type workouts will be the best…

If I eat less than the required macros… will It effect my weight loss ,?

Looks good but I would skip the tofu. Is there a reason you want to keep it? I have heard that walking is the best along with strength training.
