So this forum was set up by Richard and Carl or the 2 Keto Dudes Podcast- a great resource if you want more info about KETO. They usually release a podcast each week. One of the regular sections of the Podcast is the Mail section. When they get to that section they use funny voices and say "MAAILL! in enthusiastic, silly voices. They also have RECIPEEES! if you see that here on the site.
