I have been using a lot of lunch meat that is zero carbs and no sugar. Our lunch meats not recommended and the keto diet because of heart health? Or will it holt my results?

Some use the diet to sort of detoxify and stick to more unprocessed foods…for weight loss you are fine. Just check carefully some have added sugar. Make sure you eat some fat with it!
Processed meats of any kind are generally not recommended for anyone on any eating program. Processed foods/meats are just so bad for overall health. They are full of chemicals, especially preservative and nitrates. Our bodies are not designed to deal with such man made compounds and in asking them to do so, we can make recovery from chronic disease and fat burning more difficult
Many of us in the keto community use whole foods, real foods exclusively. The closer the food/meat is to its original state the better for our overall health
Remember, keto is about regaining health and restoring our wellbeing, not just ketosis or weight loss
