Not a user, but waste of time just like Ketonix was. For “normal” people that have way more carbs and try to see when they’re burning fat, which is still going to be a guess and still based on breathe ketones which have proven to not be crazy reliable maybe it could accidentally teach people how to eat or when to back carbs down. But for people eating near no carbs basically all the time, what’s it really going to tell you?
If people eating keto level of carbs aren’t burning bodyfat stores, then they’re simply eating too much and have failed to learn they’re metabolic rate. Pretty easy to do with high fat that adds up at twice the rate of protein and carbs. I used to do bulks on keto, just as easy to pack it on and not lose when the volume going in exceeds what you can deal with.
