This thread is greatly beneficial. I definitely need to adjust some things and maybe cut out the extra fat that I have been adding and just eat “normal” fatty things like cuts of beef and so forth.

Once adapted, the 60/35/5% macro works well for fat loss. As long as you’re hungry when it’s time to eat.
