Hi Everyone
I have been fasting for 16 hours and took my glucose and ketones reading. My glucose was 59 and ketones were 1.3.
Should I be worried with that low glucose #?

I would test it multiple times. The meters can be 10% off. Also, are you having any symptoms of Hypoglycemia? If not, I would just keep an eye on it.
