Low carb sweetener

(Samster) #1

Hi

Is there a zero or low carb sweetener for baking? I live in the uk and the labels already subtract the fibre.

the canderal has a lot of carbs under the total carbs but zero grams of carbs that sugars so not really to sure.

Is the swerve sweetener zero carbs?

Also looking for choc chips that are low or zero carbs seen some YouTube videos recommending Lillys brand.

thanks

There is one which is better for baking but I forget which one it is.
Check out netririton.com for all sorts of keto products. I live in Europe too so I order stuff from there. Sadly we are not as keto advanced as they are in America. But you can check out their array of sweeteners. Postage is expensive but if all you want is a bit of sweetener? I go hog wild when I get on there- and order so MUCH. Love the pork rinds.

Although I’d personally avoid sweeteners of any kind if possible.
Baked goods too.

Cacao butter buttons are virtually carb free…

Sorry these are better

I use erythritol, also in Europe.

From my experience, I think it is better to eat the erythritol after the baking is done, on top of the cake, or directly with a spoon (mixing the erythritol and the cake in the mouth).
