Lolol, #NOPE
Not all the info is here, plus the info here is not customized (nor is that what forums are for).
Obviously few here are qualified to personally coach or medically overview or structure personalized behavioral change programs for individuals beyond general peer counseling and good cheer. So, the more personalized approaches the merrier, to enhance sustainability.
Peer counseling forums have their helpful place as a positive community and helpful resource - they can also be very misguided at times (as seen by the diversities of opinions about various things on this forum and the abundance of folks who haven’t even read the foundational texts of this dietary approach and who routinely ignore such foundations). Obviously people have very diverse physical & mental needs assessments and co-factors (such as medications), as seen by the varieties of conditions and protocols discussed on this forum.
Picking and choosing info from a forum requires a lot of critical thinking and personal ongoing studies - in a context where a bunch of us are anonymous for valid reasons in online forums or social media. Forums can be limited or too impersonal for certain people whose health issues, stress, or marginalization would benefit from a more personalized approach. If I was a generally unhealthy person living in Canada, Ireland, England, and Mauritus (the nations currently reached by the platform) I’d totally avail myself of it. And I will be telling a friend or two in those areas about it.
Guess few here actually listened to the Unwins’ presentation linked above, at Low Carb Denver - you should give it a listen. They’re truly humble public health servants, and the solution their collective is offering with the behavioral psychology emphasis expands support & access in a lovely way.
I’m really happy that the Drs. Unwins got a partnership w/ the NHS to continue their good work in ways that are phenomenal for research documentation too.

As longtime NHS providers, it’s a humble path they’ve forged (at a much lower salary than the average North American healthcare provider) - one of accessible community service and healing which benefits the whole world we share. The less people who are dependent on drugs the better for us all, esp in hard times when there are supply issues (diabetics who are dependent on insulin shots and don’t get them are prone to psychotic behavioral breaks - better to get free of that stuff any way one can).
So, I’m delighted about this new resource!
