There’s a keto con in Louisville any one please tell me is it worth the $200 ticket plus hotel?What do they do?Is there people who set up booths presenting there products?Just want more info from someone who has been to it.

Who’s doing it? The “real” Ketocon is always in Austin, may/may not be worth it, but typically it’s some speakers, a bunch of food you’d eat anyways, and a bunch of information you probably already knew. Got any links to it? They usually post who’ll be at them and a schedule of what’s going to go on. Usually all the same Doc’s and Low Carb “celebrities” just making the rounds…

I got tickets and room hate Louisville but will stay in hotel not roam far.Too many gangs running wild in that town.If you go keep your head on a swivel.
