I have been on Keto for 6 months and have lost 50 pounds. For the past 2 months I have been walking 3-5 miles per day. I have felt great and energetic up until about two weeks ago. Now when I get home from work, I just want to take a nap. Nothing major has changed. No extra stress- eating the same kind of foods. The only thing I changed is drinking a fat bomb hot tea (I don’t like coffee) in the morning with coconut oil and heavy whipping cream. I’m still losing weight and haven’t stalled. I just don’t understand where my energy went.
