Looking for input on Fat Head pizza venture

A friend is the owner of a popular, thin crust pizza restaurant. His pizza is great, but of course, is not low carb. I’d love to convince him to add Fat Head options to his menu but that might take more pressure. In the meantime, he has a large kitchen with a bunch of unused ovens during the day (weekday, open from 4:PM on).

In addition to to his own hand tossed original pizzas, he buys frozen glutten free crusts from a national supplier and offers as an option (gluten free is obviously not Keto).

During the day, his ovens just sit there and i wonder if there is a venture opportunity to make and freeze Fat Head crusts. The crust is of Fat Head is the hardest part. If crusts were readily available, sauce and toppings make Keto friendlt pizza easy.

The challenge would be to figure so kind of logistics for distribution, marketing, etc. Hey, maybe Amazon would do drone delivery? If you have an idea for making something like this work or access to a distribution network, please contact me.

There’s a company called Cauliflour Foods that does this with cauliflower crusts. Check them out and maybe read their story for ideas?
