Long(er) Covid ideas

Hi All,

I got covid a few weeks ago. No fever, but general malaise. Didn’t feel that bad. Got over it.

Yesterday, I got a cough. Tested this morning, and I have covid again. No fever again. I don’t feel that bad.

Did anyone find anything that was useful for addressing covid? Herbs? Anything?

My concern is the following. I read a book about heart disease called “The Clot Thickens”. He believes there are multiple causes of heart disease (talking atherosclerosis, mainly). One of those causes? Covid. Why? it damages the endothelium, faster than repair can happen. The endothelium is a thin layer on your arteries, so you don’t want that damaged.

If I remeber rightly chloroquinine in the first few days of infection, thereafter Ivermectin, but please check this info to be sure, as its only from memory.
IMA / Indepenent Medical Alliance is the most reliable source that I have found for such matters.

Good luck with your recovery.

Oregano oil for LT Covid. Big time game changer. Thyme as well.

Trukar with Ivermectin and HCQ is a great idea but highly regulated for such inert drugs. Personally they should be in every 1st aid kit.

Pepcid, seriously. A lot has come out on that one in biohacking circles. As far as long covid symptoms, after months me and my wife used NAD+ and Glutathione, stopped all that crap. We both had different docs at the time and they both prescribed the same exact thing. Both of those become things I use a couple of times a year now since they’re both awesome for you.

Actually just ordered some more Glutathione, got some aluminum and mercury problems I’m trying to detox. No clue where the aluminum is coming from, the mercury(I think) if from having an old tattoo lasered off over the last year or so.

Hi Bob,

I found that the combination of serrapeptase and nattokinase (derived from soy) really help with micro-clotting and dissolving existing clots. This combination is more gentle than lumbrokinase.

Lots of studies online. The recommended dosage is natto: 8,000 fu to 12,000 fu per day; serra: start at 80,000 iu, then 160,000 iu per day.

I hope you feel better soon

There are many undertakers who testify that they are removing what they call clots in deceased persons. They are calling them fibrinolytic clots. They are long whitish strings. I would address that by either consuming natto or taking nattokinase. You’ve previously told me you make your own natto, which sounds like you’ve covered your bases there.
Someone suggested glutathione. Covid typically ends up depleting it. However, most oral glutathione, is not going to reach your system. Liposomal glutathione is much more efficacious. On sale here right now:

As much as they tried to convince people that ivermectin was not effective, I managed to get some for my own mom who was dying and had stopped eating. The change in her was dramatic and quick - I’m talking one day quick.
When I got Covid, I personally used Red Marine algae (Gigartina Scottsbergii), and Citrullene(to support Nitric Oxide levels). You can get fast acting vitamin D(calcifediol) from Amazon now. Anecdotal reports indicate methylene blue is helpful. My own case of Covid was extremely mild with symptoms lasting 2.5 days. I’m sure it was Omicron.
When I upped my dose of Red Marine Algae to 4 capsules in the morn and 4 at night, I noticed a reversal of my symtoms.

Those white fibrous clots are from the Covid vaccine. In almost all cases, they are only seen in the vaxxed.

Nattokinase is good for breaking down fibrin, and that definitely helps. But it can’t break up the cross linkage in those clots.

Glutathione will do it, but it is hard to supplement effectively with Glutathione.

The answer for Glutathione is Sulforaphane, which is the signal that tells your body to make Glutathione. Our bodies can make quite a lot of it, if they are told to.

The two ways to get Sulforaphane are from supplementation or food. Supplementation is BroccoMax which is pretty good. Food is better and that is Broccoli Sprouts. Broccoli Sprouts are easy to grow, and I think fun. It turns into a very cheap minor hobby.

Glutathione is composed of 3 molecules: Cysteine, Glycine, and Glutamate. If you’re eating a lot of sprouts, then supplement with Cysteine (NAC) and Glycine to make sure your body has enough material to make the Glutathione. We already have a ton of Glutamate so that is never a problem. Glycine especially though is a choke point in older people.

What I’m mentioning here about Glutathione and Sulforaphane is actually pretty common knowledge in much of the alt health space.
