What do y’all do to log food in recipes? For instance, I may use 1/2 cup jalapeño and 1/2 cup cream cheese for dip, but I did not EAT the entire serving. Do you just guess?

depends on what it is. I’ll add the recipe and guess as to how many servings I had.

I weigh most recipes and calculate the servings based on ounces. So when I do mayo, if it weighs 19oz, I have 19 servings. I tend to weigh most things it’s easier for me. If I have a casserole, I divide it up for storage - however many pieces I get, that’s how I divide up the recipe into servings.
