I’m having problems with logging in on my pc. I can log in on the app on my phone but not my pc. I have requested to reset my password 5 time. I never received an email with how to do it. Any ideas out there?

Usually it is a matter of logging out everywhere I think. I seem to remember people having issues with different log ins. Try logging out everywhere and starting again. I realise this is like saying try restarting the computer but is about the limits of my knowledge on the subject! It happened a fair bit when the forum started and that seemed to help. Make sure you are using the right email address also for resetting the password. It might be that things have clogged up because you have requested a password reset but are logged in elsewhere. Strip everything back and check your email address would be where I would start. The email listed is similar to your username.

Daisy thanks for the reply. I logged out on my phone and logged back in. I still can’t log in on my pc with the same ID and password. I just requested to reset my password on my pc. My username was recognized so that’s ok. I was just able to log in with facebook. I still can’t log in with my id.
