Lite Salt causing Heartburn/Throat soreness

I am drinking Lite Salt to supplement potassium, however, that seems to be causing heartburn and also throat soreness. Has anyone experienced this and can suggest what to do?

How much are you using and how often?

1000 mg of the lite salt, throughout the day with salt in water.

I’ll measure and see how much I am using daily but cut back if its bothering you. You can get potassium from food. I need to run out but I will report back later.
