I think this is a must watch video by Ivor Cumins… (The Fat Emperror).
A point of reference. BEFORE the internet, I read a compelling book about Myopia (I had it, and it was getting worse every year). I used the techniques described in my book to STOP my Rx from worsening!!! (Simply using Computer/Reading Glasses all day while I was at work). In fact, my prescription improved in months. Then stabilized there. (Had I known, I could have probably kept improving my prescription, but THIS information was not available then).
I share this because Myopia is one of the fastest growing problems. Especially with SMALL SCREEN Usage skyrocketing. If you look up from your phone screen, and find your vision is blurred… YOU ARE Developing Myopia!
