List of Keto Guests on Joe Rogan?

(Crippie) #1

Does anyone know if there is a list of Keto oriented guests for the Joe Rogan Podcast?

I love the conversations he has and get a lot out of them. I know Joe is an advocate of keto, and has had quite a few Keto guests on his show. It really helps me to find new people to look into and read some of their work.

However, I am not good with names or knowing who is necessarily a Keto guest, and reading through over 1000 episode descriptions seems daunting.

The ones I have found so far that I highly recommend are:

Gary Taubes
Nina Teicholz
Dom D’Agostino

I also heard I should check these ones out, but have not gotten to listen to them yet.

Dr. Shawn Baker
Dr. Rhonda Patrick

Anyone else know if he has had any other keto-centric people on the show that are worth listening to?

Think I found another possible? Not sure, have not heard the name before, but I saw he was a founder of Quest Nutrition and is a ketoer, another I havent listened to so could be a bust.

Dr. Kelly Brogan does more holistic women’s healing, but talks about cutting out sugar and grains. It’s an interesting one for anyone that is health minded. She specifically talks about how depression is not an imbalance in the brain but a hormonal imbalance due to poor diet

Other names off the top of my head would be

The Dudes (Richard and Carl)
Stephen Phinney
Jeff Volek
Robert Lustig
Peter Attia
Tim Noakes
David Ludwig
Dave Feldman
Ivor Cummins
Jeffrey Gerber
Mary Dan Eades
Michael Eades
Ken Sikaris
Benjamin Bikman
Georgia Ede
James Dinicolantonio
Troy Stapleton
David Diamond
Andreas Eenfeldt
Zoë Harcombe

Not sure all of them are Rogan’s type, but they have all appeared on various LCHF/keto podcasts.

Note that Andreas Eenfeldt also does podcasts, both on dietdoctor.com and on YouTube. Ivor Cummins’ YouTube channel is called Fat Emperor. The Low Carb Down Under YouTube channel also has good interviews and lecture presentations. And don’t forget the Dudes!
