This forum is pretty unique as far as internet forums go. A large portion of this forum is made up of people who are happy to pay it forward because of personal success. And there is so much first hand knowledge here about diet and human physiology that there’s scarcely a day that I don’t learn something new. And there’s a certain comraderie here, in having survived or recently having escaped the global Carbpocalypse.

Just don’t bring up the idea that [spoiler]CICO[/spoiler] doesn’t work. That’s the one thing I see people getting upset about the most here.
