Anyone lifting to build muscle on keto? Iv been watching Jason wittrock and I’m ready to hit the gym hard. What’s everyone’s experience

There is no reason you can’t build muscle on keto within your sex, age, hormonal and genetic limits, as long as you give your muscles an adaptive stimulus (from the overload you create from the effort you make on every exercise, especially that last extra rep with your strength training routine), adequate protein (aim for 1.5 g / kg lean body mass), adequate recovery (don’t overtrain - leave at least a 2 day gap between hitting the same muscles again) and sleep.

Well that’s my view.

Go slow, do whatever feels good, stop if anything hurts. Stretch every day, experiment with macros, compare yourself to no one.

Lots of deodorant and no cologne. Trust me on this one.
