LIFEWTR: ketoaide in stores

If you need ketoaide while travelling, I found this LIFEWTR that looks decent for magnesium and potassium. No sodium but that’s no biggy.

LIFEWTR contains the electrolytes Magnesium Sulfate and Potassium Bicarbonate, which are added for taste.

Owned by Pepsi and has fancy artwork. It also tastes like Fiji water or basically nothing unlike the ketoaide that has fruity magnesium flavors.

Actually I take it back, it looks like the potassium and magnesium levels are insignificant unfortunately.

It seems like that’s the case with most of the drinks marketed as electrolyte drinks. I’m guessing because only keto people would be able to handle the salty flavor if it had enough to count for much
