Levels - 3 months

I have been Keto adapted (fat adapted also), for 3 months and feel great and work out ++. This weekend I ate a lot in terms of calories but only Keto. The point was to shake up my metabolism and get mye stomache back on track again. I had not been going for a dump in days i.e.
Today and yesterday my blood ketone levels where 0.7 and 0.3 and 0.5. Have been fasting for 36 hours now (blood sugar very high relative to previous measures (5.8), and I feel better than ever). I think I might been underfeeding myself).
Anyways this level of 0.5 ketones, could this be due to my body actually consuming ketones very effectively? This not having “free” amounts floating around?
Another question is if it is wise to do this feed ups from time to time to really kick-off metabolism (I think I am eating too little due to fat adaption and do not want to slow my metabolism down).

I believe intermittent feasting is great for convincing our metabolism that there’s no threat of starvation. I think that continuous eating patterns will eventually lead to adapation, especially when constant weight loss is involved. This is why ghrelin becomes more active when we lose a lot of weight, quickly.

What feasting does for me is it resets my hunger hormones and they don’t seem to be as attention deprived the following day.
