I like the Black Label thick cut bacon. I usually cook 2-3 packages up at a time - the accumulated bacon grease in the pan makes each round that I do cook faster. I put the entire stack in the refrigerator to have on hand for a quick snack.

I collect the bacon grease to put in the pan when I cook my eggs in the morning.

I get my bacon from Costco. It comes with 4 packs of bacon. I fold them in half and oven bake them. It is something about folding it in half that makes it even better. It is sturdy for dipping also. :bacon:
