And this stuff…

Hmmmm. Contains straight up sugar, and corn syrup, yet only has 1 gm of poison… excuse me, carbs  per 2 tablespoons. Now, I know whipped cream is mostly air… But I also know Id be more likely toi eat about 6 or 8 tablespoons. Would this really only be 3 or 4 gms of carbs ?

And why does it even have to have that much ? Just make it with Sucralose, and call it a day… Does anybody make it with Sucralose ? Oh wait… my GF does  … but I mean, store bought ?

And whats up with this stuff ??? Sugar free and WAY more carbs ???

I go with this stuff:

https://grocery.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-Sugar-Free-Whipped-Heavy-Cream-6-5-oz/509843330

No sugars, no corn syrup. But it does have sucralose.

40 5-gram servings in 7 ounces. Heavy cream and water are the top two ingredients.

Corn syrup is the second ingredient, only behind water! 25 9-gram servings in 8 ounces. It’s a whipping topping, not a whipped cream. No cream in it.

So I guess the other stuff is just fairly low carb, as it’s mostly whipped up with air…
The other stuff with just heavy cream and Sucralose will surely taste great, and be very low carb, but of course we already make this at home. It would just be easier out of the can… Plus its cheap enough. I guess we could always throw in a little cocoa, vanilla, maple extract, or whatever, for additional flavor, if we are making it ourselves anyway.

The Reese’s whipped topping says it contains 0 g of sugar per 2-tablespoon serving. Yet corn syrup and sugar are the third and fourth ingredients. This means that 2 tablespoons of this stuff contains 0.4999999999999 g sugar, because any amount under 0.5 g can be reported as 0 g under U.S. law. So if you eat 6-8 tablespoons, you will be getting 1.4999999999999 to 1.999999999999 grams of sugar.

In civilised countries, whatever the serving size the manufacturer wishes to recommend, they are required by law to also show the amounts per 100 g of product. I think it is a safe assumption that if this product were labeled in Europe, it would show a sugar content of 9.999999999999999 g/100g.
