Let's make a list of new terms. ;)

Let’s not endlessly debate people’s answers ;), just list/explain terms you’d like to see changed in the health industry or on this board, etc.

I don’t like the term “cheat.” If you choose to eat something not on your normal “plan,” then knowingly, willfully, happily, choose it. No negative connotations, no beating yourself up over it, etc. Just enjoy it and then carry on.

Calorie. We pretend it’s a precise measure when it clearly is not.

Keto Flu - Its not a virus or bacteria causing illness… its an electrolyte imbalance

Instead of cheat: off plan. “I ate off plan last night at a party.” or something like that

Diet v. Diet. (eating plan you use to sustain life v. special eating plan you are using for a special purpose like weight loss.

Well it is. It’s very precise. Just not in the context most people use. Especially in regards to weight loss.

Yes, I was assuming this context, not physics.

(Mike W.) #7

There you go assuming again…
Have you tried fasting?
