If it is not cold pressed extra virgin organic unrefined MCT coconut oil or has been hydrogenated, chemically extracted or heat processed and has been sitting in a warehouse for who knows how long becoming rancid and oxidized even if it is extra virgin? Then I would avoid it like the plague!
What fat do you use to pan/shallow fry?
