Just wanted to touch base with anyone wanting to learn more about LCHF/Keto. I spoke with Richard and Carl about a talk I will be giving starting on 1/14/18 (Sunday AM and the following Monday night) for 6 weeks discussing Keto/Fasting/Lifestyle. I will be joined by 2 top nutritionists, an ultra-marathon runner, and a top cardiologist (Bret Scher, MD) to discuss the medical aspects of fasting. One of my patients who lost over 120 lbs since August 2017 will share his story. We are trying to build a strong community here in San Diego. We will not be marketing products and it is a free talk (all of the speakers volunteered their time and Foothills Christian Church, El Cajon let us use their youth auditorium).
