USA TODAY only gives keto back-handed compliments in the few articles I’ve read. There’s always the ominous disclaimer at the end of the article. I’ve also noticed they like to quote Jillian Michaels a lot so that inclines me to not have great expectations from UT.
From the article:
“The lax nature of lazy keto may mean that you will never reach a state of ketosis, but that doesn’t mean that it’s completely worthless, according to Kris Sol”
WTF? If you keep your carbs under 20 but do not track protein and fat how does that prevent you from reaching a state of ketosis?
Nobody from USA Today contacted all the fine, lazy folks of this forum, to ask them if they were in ketosis.
Nor asked those who have been doing it for years and in some cases, decades how sustainable it is. I am trying to just avoid all those awful clickbait headlines. I don’t go to any news websites like USA Today anymore. Too frustrating, life it too short to rent them time in your brain.
