Does anyone know how to calculate the total net carbs of a meal if you add konjac noodles … or Lupin? They are both very high in fibre. Do you take the amount of fibre in them off the total of the meal???

For konjac just ignore them. There’s zero net calories there. It’s just pure poop fuel. As for lupin, I have no idea. When in doubt count net carbs.

Thanks. 40g of Lupin flakes = 1.6g of Carbs and 14.8g of fibre! So if the total carbs for a meal was 20g of carbs would you subtract the 14.8g of Lupin fibre to equal a net carb of 5.2? What is the total carb count for a meal was only 10g? Once you take off the Lupin fibre you’d have a negative number! Surely you wouldn’t just say 0 net carbs for that meal??? Just wondering…!!

My Ketones went to zero after eating Konjac. Did it happen to someone else?
