I couldn’t find anything conclusive about drinking Kombucha while on ketoand or fasting.
I am talking about the home brewed stuff, most of the commercially packaged stuff is full of sugar
and other stuff.

I am making my own for a while and usually drink a glass a day or not, depends how my day is.
I quite enjoy the taste.
Does anyone know how much sugar is left in fermented Kombucha?
Is it ok to drink while fasting?
What do you think about it?
