Kinda accidentally following the carnivore diet (zero carb)

doing keto but I don’t really like veggies so I usually only eat them at dinner if that. Looking for information on the carnivore woe I track alot and am always over on protein does it matter if your going so low carb already.

Every one is a little different so just keep an eye on things and do what works for you. I eat greens because I genuinely like them but the thought of going full carnivore has definitely been on my mind. Keep us posted.

Since starting Keto I actually crave green’s. I eat more salad greens now than I ever did before Keto. I’ve replaced my carbs with fat and leafy greens. :slight_smile:

I’ve been doing a carnivorous diet for about a month now. I’ve never felt better, even though I have been doing keto for most of the past three years. No digestive discomfort or cravings. It’s pretty awesome

Before keto i used to love salads and was moderate about veggies. The further along I got with keto, the more i noticed that i just feel better with fewer carbs- even vegetables. Interestingly though, now vegetables taste kind of sweet to me. I really haven’t had any vegetables in about 4 months- except avacodo of course; and I’m feeling great and having improved metabolic parameters.

Sorry- no science from me about this. there is some good information if you search it. I found the article about “the bear” fascinating. I think there may be a distinction between “carnivore” and just not eating vegetables.
