I’ve been on the ketogenic diet for just over 3 months now, and have lost 30lbs. Pretty exciting, but my boys started wrestling yesterday and i noticed both of them looking a little more chubby. I weighed them after practice like i always do and they were both up roughly 10lbs from 3 months ago.
My question is how do you manage being on keto while also managing a healthy lifestyle for the kids. I can’t control what they eat when I’m not with them, and the foods we eat at home have taken a more fatty, low carb turn.
What your thoughts?
