That was a great podcast! Very fun, beginning from the funny emphasis on “hacking” in the intro! I have a question for the four of you (or anyone)… since as far as I know, there is no “lucky” prostrate cancer going on in this family, how do I motivate my carb loving husband and kids to even listen to the benefits of keto? I’m not very good at convincing them of anything – I have two teenage boys + the husband unit and they sometimes sort of “gang up” on me in a teasing way. But if it’s me “against” them, I always give up because it just seems I can’t get anywhere. Any suggestions?

I agree. This was one of the most fun podcast I had heard for a long time. I laughed out loud listening to it on the train.
On your main question I am also living with a non - keto family. I am just doing my thing and offering them the food I cook for myself. They like the fathead pizza, the pancakes and some of the other recipes from this site. This gives me hope.
I figure that anything I push too much will get pushed back. I hope in time, they will come to it themselves if it suits them.
