I’m thankful I didn’t find out about this keto stuff ten years later, and for Dr. Fung, Richard, Carl, etc. - everybody who’s getting the word out.

Congratulations! What a great update. I’m thankful for less pain, waking up so easy, sleeping without peeing every hour, more energy, enjoying food again without stress and guilt, clearer skin and, of course, some weight loss.

Yay. Happy anniversary. Nice job on all the goals reached.

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #13

I’m happy for the inspiration I get from posts like yours. Congrats KHAN!

Also happy for my down to normal A1C, knees that no longer ache, and the deliciousness of my food.

And they say it’s not sustainable…
Congrats on 2 years!

I’m thankful for how flexible our bodies can be with what we give them. I used to scoff at people who insisted on “whole foods” because that seemed boring. How wrong I was!
