I’ve been reading that once your body is “keto adapted”, your color might not show up as dark on the ketostix, indicating a large amount of ketones in the urine, even though you are practicing a keto diet and are in ketosis. I’m not really hungry throughout the day, meaning I don’t eat a lot, and I’m eating super low carb, clean, keto friendly foods, but for some reason my ketostix aren’t showing a lot of ketones anymore like they were 4 months ago when I first began the diet. Thoughts? Thanks!

They only show ketones you are wasting. Now that your body is using them more efficiently you aren’t wasting as many.
