Thank you! I’m so happy to hear that it’s changing your life for the better as well! Keep your head up! Remember your body repairs itself from the inside out! So I bet that your insides are posing for photoshoots and shit right now

My niece actually accidentally took my “before” photos! Which is the reason I started this journey. You see yourself without ankles once and it really makes you thing how you’ve even been walking this whole time! Take them now and document your progress! Keto on with your Speedo on!

Hang in there the best is yet to come. I was amazed how fast i got to a point where i was never hungry, i still ate as needed but it it made making good choices so much easier.

Keto and the Purple Piss Sticks

How do I explain my laughter to the other people on the bus?

Brilliant thread - thank you Anna P, everyone.

Take measurements:

  • Ankle, Calf, Thigh
  • Wrist, Forearm, bicep
  • Pant line, AND across belly button
  • Rib cage, chest, shoulders

Put them in a simple spreadsheet. Once a week. Log your weight as well in there.
You can actually find a formula that will take a few of those things and estimate the amount of FAT lost!!!

Since I started doing mine, I realized that my weight loss stalled, but I lost 2 inches on my belt line!!! And I GAINED 2 lbs of muscle (which is why the weight did not drop as much).

Once a week is all you need to measure. Be consistent. Measure in the morning.

Thank you! It really is incredible, I love how much better I’m feeling! It’s so weird that I went from such a terrible relationship with food, to it just being fuel for my body

I’m so glad that I could make you smile! Thank you so much! I hope that your journey is a fantastic one!

Thank you so much!

I definitely have! This was actually the best advise that I’ve done from the beginning! And i’m so glad that I did because I’ve stayed around (now) 18 pounds lost, which I’m still incredibly happy with, but withing that weight loss time I’ve went from 12.5 inches lost overall to 27.5 inches lost! That just shows that you can’t solely rely on the scale for overall progress!

Congratulations on the inches lost and the muscle gained! There’s no better feeling!

The opposite kinda happened for me. I went from viewing food as fuel; only it was the wrong fuel, I just didn’t know it.

Now that I’m eating the right kind of food, I delight in what I eat. It’s fuel, and so much more. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy eating.

You’re lucky to have that viewpoint! Food has always been my downfall, I didn’t care what I was eating as long as it was satisfying my emotional needs. I’m thinking about my next post being my journey and struggles through my emotional eating and binging struggles.

I’m so happy to hear that you are enjoying the food that your body craves now!
