Ketosis and motocross

I believe I have been in ketosis for 5 weeks , carbs below 25 g a day, but my ketones numbers run from .4 to 1.5 ,average is around .8
My question is
I’ve lost a lot of energy it seems , hopefully that will come back,
Was wondering seeing that motocross is a sprint sport and in my class it’s 22minutes three times in a day , when I start racing this year would it be beneficial to carb load (20-50g) 30 minutes prior to each race and 30 minutes after the day is done ?
If so what kind of carbs? Ie from what source would be best yams ,candy bar (please say yes. Lol lol lol )
