I ate at 8pm and i have yet to sleep. If i eat now, do i combine yesterdays meal carb count with the one im eating now or has my carb count restarted?
Your metabolism doesn’t work on calendar days, you do. That’s what you go by.
Considering that you posted four hours ago, and it’s only 9:20 p.m right now, I’d say go with today’s count and start fresh in the morning.
P.S.—Regarding the title: what is/are ketoqs?
P.P.S—I should probably explain that the point of a ketogenic diet is to eat so little carbohydrate that our insulin stays as low as possible for as much of the day as possible. So combining two days’ worth of carb counts is going to work against you.

I count carbs from my wake up to when I go to bed, regardless of the clock hours. Welcome to the forums.
