Ketonix support is the worst

I bought a Ketonix about 7 months ago and have had nothing but problems—my PC doesn’t recognize it, it doesn’t connect and the USB cord seems to be the issue. I have now emailed them (no phone support) for 6 weeks begging for some help, trying to get them to send a new USB cable and they write back and ask if I did the USB CABLE test which they explain on their website. now the device doesn’t work at all. SIX WEEKS OF BEGGING FOR SOME SUPPORT AND I GET NOTHING. I am disgusted… I feel that I threw away $200 for a piece of garbage.

I think you’ll find that Ketonix are satisfied that you have not followed the protocol that they use to diagnose issues. If you purchase a USB extension cable you will be able to verify if the cable is an issue.

Ketonix seems to get a lot of bad press on this forum. I am happy with mine and I measure my level of ketosis up to six times a day. So I reckon my device has paid for itself in one month. There is no better dynamic indicator of breath ketones (at this price) which is the true measure of actual ketosis at any instant in time.

I know this an old post, but I was searching for similiar posts to my issue.

I just bought the Ketonix Green, and it just will not connect to my PC, my iphone, or an android phone. I’ve gone through everything I can find online. I contacted support and they told me to configure on the web page to make sure bluetooth is connected. It is, but it still won’t connect to anything.

Was wondering if others had this problem? I would love for this to work so I could at least monitor how I’m doing in some way. (50-something woman with PCOS/insulin resistance, so weight loss has pretty much stopped)

I have not had this issue, but there could be many reasons why weight loss stops. Things to try: increase protein, decrease fat; do the opposite, but concentrate on animal fats; try some fasting if you’re not already doing this; if you’re not sleeping well, see if you can rectify that; if you have PCOS, if you’re not taking metformin, you could try that or berberine, which supposedly has similar effects. I’m sure others can chime in with other ideas.
