I purchase a analyzer a few weeks back
AND had been I.F for approx 18-20 hours per day
Along with a keto diet,whilst the analyzer showed I slowly got deeper into keto it DID fluctuate quite a bitš”this made me a bit suspicious SO I deliberately broke my keto diet and ate crap for a full day

The bloody analyzer did NOT show that I had been KNOCKED out of ketoā¼ļøSo a few things here ~
- either the analyzer is NO good
- or itās harder to get out of keto than in
- or analyzers are JUST a gimmick.
Has anyone got an answer
