Ketones too high!

I started to feel like I was going to pass out this morning after breakfast, which I don’t usually eat.
I assumed my glucose tanked for some reason, so I tested it, but it was at 80. So I tested ketones and they were at 5.2. I know a 1:1 ratio is supposed to be ideal, especially for aging, the real reason I’m doing keto. But this is less than 1. I’ve been running just higher than 1 to 1.
My physiology seems to be so very different. Some months my ketones have been less than .5.
Total cholesterol is 515, but all tests show positive.
I ate 2 eggs and 4 slices of bacon. After a large mug of tea with 1 T. MCT oil.
This passing out thing happened one other time, also a day when I ate breakfast. I didn’t have a meter with me so I don’t know numbers.
After testing this morning I ate 2 squares of dark chocolate for some carbs. I felt better after about 15 minutes.
Has this happened to anyone else? Or any ideas of why this occurs?

I’ve had a number of mornings where my blood ketones measured at greater than 4.0. On one occasion, it got as high as 5.7. I felt okay on each occasion and would not have known that my ketone levels were so high had I not measured it.

Thanks. I only tested because of how I felt. It was bad.
