Ketones for those of you who don't EF fast

Anyone here who keep measurements of their daily ketones care to respond on where their numbers typically fall.

For those who extended fast I know you can get your ketone levels high. For those who don’t feel the need to measure, I am not asking you.

6’5 242, athletic, but about 20 percent BF
I am doing 16/8 IF.
I do not take any additional exogenous ketones.
I do take 1 tablespoon of MCT oil daily

Waking I have been from .5 to .8
After my workout, bike ride, this week I went up 1.1
Night time .7

I only started measuring ketones with a Ketomojo this week. My carbs have been above 20 but below 30 during these measurements.

15 weeks here, my ketones for the first 10 weeks did not go above 0.4 mmol/L, now they are at 1.3 mmol/L on waking. Blood sugar levels dropped from 6.5 mmol/L to 4.7 mmol/L.

I have never done EF, I do fast IF from 6:00pm to 8:00am.

Thank you for your reply Terence. Appreciate it.

I’ve been this way for years now but like many people doing this long term my numbers are on the lower side. I’m in the .04-1.5 range, rarely ever hit 2.
