Someone please correct me if I’m wrong suggesting that you could raise your carb intake a little to control the ketone levels couldn’t you? Maybe a small serving of winter squash or roasted yam added to what your doing now as an experiment for a few days to see if you retain ketosis at a level that you’re more comfortable with.
