Hello!
I am just under 2 weeks in to the keto diet. I went through the headaches, fuzziness etc and that is improving thank goodness.
I have been testing blood glucose and ketones every day and was hovering around a sort of underwhelming 1.5 for ketones.
I woke up this morning and my level read 5! I retook twice more just to be sure…next read said 6.6, third was a 6. Is this safe?
I’m not taking any supplements or fasting.
I know I was hoping for higher readings but I’m afraid of an overcorrection.
Any advice is helpful!!
