I am so grateful to Matt and Megha. It was one of their videos on youtube that led me to this WOE. However, does anyone else have a problem with their website? I’m on a MBP using Safari, also tried FF. Within seconds of logging in the beachball starts and I can’t get anywhere. It’s like back in the old days with dial up internet on a PC. I don’t have this issue on any other website.
Please help me figure this out because I really want to spend some time on their site.
@CA77ANDRA, I noticed you said you used Firefox, did you try using Chrome? Changes are, if it happens in two browsers, it will happen in the third.
You said “within seconds of logging in”, do you have an account on their site? Have you tried the site without logging in? I just went to ketoconnect and clicked around on some of the links. Didn’t seem to have any issues, but I am using Google Chrome.
It’s really weird if it’s the only website your having problems with. Sorry I’m not much help.

Thanks for your comments Darren. It’s just nice to have the reply. I will give Chrome a try. No, I don’t have an account, didn’t know they do that. Maybe I’ll register. And thanks for the links for the beachballing but I had not seen it in a long time so it’s not a problem, except on that site. Very strange. I don’t go to many sites that have so much advertising so maybe that’s why…dunno…still scratching my head 
I don’t think they do. You just used the term “logged in” which made me think maybe they did. Sorry.
