I just keep it in the fridge, if I feel I need some, I take a small glass, I make it in a quart jar, and have it, don’t care what time of day it is. I did notice recently if I have a glass about 1 hr. before bedtime, I sleep slightly better. YMMV.
You can do whatever you want with it there are no directions.
I make several throughout the day, sometimes I scull a whole 1L bottle, other times I sip all day long. Whatever works for you.

I was thinking about the intake of the nutrients. If I take them all at once in the morning, will they still be taking effect later that day or night, or once Ive taken it in the morning, will it last all day?
I find it interesting that I haven’t noticed a need for ketoaide. In there beginning, I did supplement a few times when I didn’t feel as well but at a year into this thing and within about 20 pounds of my goal weight, I haven’t taken anything like this in quite a long time. I do eat a lot of variety of foods and I do eat more carbs than some, probably closer to 50g a day than 20g on most days. I’m not shy about using salt but don’t go out of my way to dump it on everything either. Dunno, does the higher level of carbs (usually in things like beans, or carrots, I don’t do typical junk food) give me some of the stuff that the ketoaide would give if I were being much more strict about 20g of carbs or less? It’s just something I wondered about.
