This is a very high laxative for people going through surgery or colonoscopy… the Magneisum Sulfate.

ketoaid has 1/2 tablespoon in 24 oz of water. the actual dosage for that purpose is one half to one whole bottle. so no, it generally doesn’t have that effect in such a small dosage. (at least not for me)

Yes. The Magnesium Citrate in this recipe is a very small amount, but it’s a great way to get some magnesium in that is very well absorbed
